This garden of this beautiful villa was very separate from the house due to an extensive unused drive and a sharp fall away in ground level. We also needed to make a steep garden a fun and safe place for the clients’ young children to play. By creating level terracing with retaining walls in local stonework, connecting the pool area and introducing specimen plants such as palm trees, the garden quickly became a welcome extension of the house.
