A very low maintenance scheme for this generously proportioned modern villa with clean contemporary lines. A young and sporty family meant maximising the lawn for ball games, and framing it with rendered walls to give definition and separation for the planting. Vitrified porcelain paving and composite decking were selected for their low maintenance requirements. The side garden incorporates a putting green leading to the front we have extended brick walling and graded levels to give a more welcoming and practical front drive area.
